Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read carefully. By purchasing this product, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between Pure Fotografica LLC DBA Lenspreneur Academy (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and you.

PROGRAM / SERVICE

The Company agrees to provide access to the program titled Studio Lighting Bootcamp™ (the “Program”), as described at the point of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by all terms outlined here, as well as any policies referenced or included by link.

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide:

1. Password-Protected Course Area

You will receive access to a private online platform that includes video modules, assignments, guides, and downloadable resources. You will have lifetime access to the course content for as long as the Program is offered, but never less than 120 days. If we plan to discontinue the Program, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance so you can download any materials you need.

2. Private Facebook Community

Your enrollment includes access to a private Facebook group for Studio Lighting Bootcamp™ students. This community is designed to provide connection, conversation, and shared support. While we encourage participation and engagement, responses from the Company are not guaranteed.

3. Bonus Materials

From time to time, we may offer exclusive bonuses as part of promotions. If bonuses are included with your purchase, you will retain access to those bonuses. Bonus materials may change or be removed in future promotions and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

DISCLAIMER

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, those policies apply in full to your participation in the Program.

Client understands that Igor and Yulia (the “Instructors”) and Pure Fotografica LLC DBA Lenspreneur Academy (the “Company”) are not acting as employees, agents, lawyers, financial advisors, therapists, or any other licensed professionals. Nothing in this Program is intended to be a substitute for legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee specific results or earnings, nor do we promise to perform business management functions or provide individualized legal, tax, or financial advice. The systems, tools, and strategies taught in this course are based on our personal experience growing a portrait studio and mentoring photographers—but your results will depend on your own actions, circumstances, and how you apply the material provided.

While we are committed to delivering a high-quality and practical learning experience, results are never guaranteed.

FEES

In consideration of your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees:

You may choose between a one-time payment of $349 USD or two monthly payments of $199 USD. If you select the two-payment plan, your first payment is due at checkout, and the second will be automatically charged to your selected payment method exactly 30 days later.

If you opt for a payment plan, you are committing to the full amount. You may not cancel or avoid future payments except through our official refund policy outlined in this agreement. In the event that any payment is not made on time, the Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Program until all payments are current.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

If you select the two-payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card automatically in two installments—one at checkout and the second 30 days later.

If the second payment fails and all eligible payment methods on file are declined, you must promptly provide a valid form of payment. Your access to the Program will be immediately suspended until the balance is paid in full.

If you do not request a refund within the terms of the Program and with all required coursework submitted at the time of your request, you remain responsible for completing your second payment. By enrolling, you agree that your payment plan will continue automatically, and the Company is authorized to collect any past-due amounts using any valid payment method on file—without additional notice, unless otherwise required by law.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase—but we also want you to give your best effort to apply everything inside the course. That’s why Studio Lighting Bootcamp™ is backed by our 60-Day “Do The Work” Guarantee. The Company provides a full refund on your purchase, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria described below.

To request a refund, you must contact us at yulia@lenspreneuracademy.com within 60 days of your purchase date and include the required coursework outlined below. Refund requests without completed documentation will not be considered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide ALL of the following items:

Proof 1: Complete the entire course and submit the completed homework sheets or action steps from each lesson. Include at least five sentences explaining why Studio Lighting Bootcamp™ wasn’t a good fit for you. What were you hoping to achieve, and what do you feel was missing once inside the program?

Proof 2:  Share your core settings for both solo and group portraits, following the process outlined in Module 3. Include at least one behind-the-scenes photo of your setup while working through your core settings and preset, as well as a sample image showing the result.

Please also include at least five sentences explaining why these steps did not improve your workflow and results, even after applying them as instructed.

Proof 3: Choose one of the lighting setups demonstrated in the course and apply it in three separate sessions—these can be with real clients or different models.
For each session, submit:

  • A behind-the-scenes photo clearly showing your lighting setup, placement, and environment

  • Your camera and power settings used for that setup

  • At least one resulting image from the session

Please also include at least five sentences comparing these sessions to your pre-course workflow or lighting approach, and explain why, despite following the instructions and applying the setup as taught, this did not improve your results.

Proof 4: Submit the custom preset you created based on your core settings, following the step-by-step method taught in the course. Include a short screen recording or a set of screenshots showing you applying the preset using our process—plus a before-and-after image. Please also include at least five sentences explaining why you feel this process did not improve the look of your images, even after following the steps as outlined.

We will not provide refunds for any requests that are not accompanied by all required supporting documentation as outlined above. Outside of this stated policy, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the program fee—regardless of whether you complete the course.

If your refund request is approved, the Company will issue an instruction to our payment processor to initiate the refund. Please note that we do not control processing times and are unable to expedite transactions once submitted.

If a refund is granted under this guarantee, all access and licenses to Studio Lighting Bootcamp™ and related materials will be revoked immediately. You agree to discontinue use and permanently delete all course materials, including but not limited to: video and audio recordings, worksheets, templates, PDFs, course documents, membership content, and access to any private or student-only communities.

All refunds are discretionary and granted solely at the discretion of Pure Fotografica LLC DBA Lenspreneur Academy. We do not offer refunds outside of the terms outlined above.

You are responsible for full and timely payment of all course fees. If payments are missed, we reserve the right to charge interest on any past-due amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

If you have any questions or need support, please contact us at yulia@lenspreneuracademy.com. We’re here to help.
